A Garden of Treasures

I thoroughly enjoy researching subjects such as nutrition, medical concerns, exercise, healthy eating plans, and holistic health. I believe in Christ as the ultimate Healer and the Giver of our given responsibilities to care for our bodies in every aspect.

I have more than 30 years working in a hospital setting as a Registered Nurse, and have traveled to more than 20 countries working in the mission field and on vacations. My work and travel experiences have given me the insight and desire to help others in their search for fulfilment, to thrive under a healthy lifestyle, and to find spiritual guidance through following the Leadership of the Holy Spirit of our Creator.
Life is meant to be lived abundantly and with joy unspeakable. I will help you answer your questions and help you search for answers-as we seek together.
Be an advocate for your life and choices. Make wise decisions, having done all to be informed.

I will pray for you!

Enjoy Life to the Fullest!
A Healthy Lifestyle is a Choice We Must Make To Live Life Abundantly.

Christ said, "I Am come that they might have life more abundantly..." John 10:10

"I have told you this, so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be complete." John 15:11

In the Old Testament we are given lists of foods to eat and those that were forbidden. Our Father and Creator knew that pork was extremely high in fat and cholesterol. He also knew that exoskeleton seafoods are high in cholesterol. Of course, we are no longer under the Old Testament Law, but when the scientists of today discovered that the foods of the Old Testament were, in fact, bad for our health, it seemed that they had 'discovered' something new.
As King Solomon said, "There is nothing new under the sun."

I love certain seafoods just as much as anyone, but I encourage you, no matter what you choose to eat or drink-do so in moderation. Choose wisely.
We are allowed to live in these 'jars of clay' and these tents that are our earthly bodies, but let us remember that we are the Temple of the Holy Spirit.

As Hippocrates said, "Let your food be your medicine, and let your medicine be your food."
Long before Hippocrates-
Our Heavenly Father gave us perfect paths to walk-let us walk worthy of the responsibilities we are given.

In Y'shua Messiah,
Sue
